大家好，我是俞樺。
我從2008年遇見薩提亞模式，從此一見鐘情。
薩提亞模式的學習激活了我的生命熱情，改變了我的生活軌跡。現在我是貝曼管理中心認證的薩提亞模式咨詢師，受訓于第2屆TTT項目中。
在5月古城西安，由我們薩提亞模式學習者和踐行者的一次盛大的聚會。在那個盛會中我有一個主題呈現，題目是《在薩提亞模式中運用呼吸增強體驗性》，歡迎你和我一起踏上這樣一個奇妙的旅程。

俞樺于2008年開始跟隨John.Benman老師接受薩提亞模式咨詢的level1-level3專業培訓，并通過了管理中心的資格考試，目前正受訓于薩提亞模式咨詢師的培訓項目中。
俞樺也曾接受過Maria Gomori為期一年的家庭治療專業訓練，接受過Maria Gomori長達三年的家庭重塑專業訓練。
俞樺每年都有40天以上的時間跟隨貝曼，沈明瑩，卡洛琳，琳達……等國際導師做助教，支持各薩提亞中心的工作坊，為薩提亞模式在中國的傳播與發展貢獻著自己的所學及熱忱。
俞樺一直在拓展著自己的療愈領域，師從多位國際頂級呼吸治療師接受嚴格的呼吸療愈訓練，目前她結合薩提信念整合出的呼吸療愈工作坊已經在全國多個城市推廣，帶給人們身心療愈的整合歷程。

In 2008, Yu Hua began to receive the level1-level3 professional training of the Satia - model consultation with John?Banmen, and passed the qualification examination of the BSCMC. Currently, he is being trained in the training program of the Satir-model consultant(TTT).
Yu Hua also received a one-year family treatment training from Maria Gomori and received three years of family remodeling training from Maria Gamori.
Yu Hua has been the assistant more than 40 days in one year, following John Banmen, Shen Mingying, Anna, La Luolin, Linda and other international tutors, she support the workshops of the various Satir Centers. It’s her learning and enthusiasm to contribute to the Satir- mode of communication and development in China.
Yu Hua has been expanding her healing field and has undergone strict respiratory healing training from many of the world's top respiratory therapists. At present, her respiratory healing workshop integrated with Satir's belief has been promoted in many cities, bringing the integration process of physical and mental healing.

Using breathing to enhance experience in the Satir - model
薩提亞模式五大要素之一就是體驗性，可以說沒有體驗療愈就不可能真正發生，沒有體驗成長就是頭腦中的海市蜃樓，無法成為現實。
我們呼吸的方式，就是我們存在的方式，對于呼吸模式的覺察和運用，可以幫助我們進入不同的情緒、心智與精神體驗。
有研究表明，人們大多數的時間都活在過去的體驗中，當你有意識的覺察到呼吸，你就回到了當下，記起了自己。
One of the five elements of the Satir-model is experience. Without experience, without healing.
The way we breathe is the way we exist. The perception and use of breathing patterns can help us to enter different emotional, mental and spiritual experiences.
Studies have shown that most people live in the past experience. When you are consciously aware of breathing, you return to the present and remember yourself.
